Austin is the son of one of my co-workers at Redway Elementary. We decided to do his senior session over Thanksgiving break when we had more time. We ended up with a gorgeous day, with beautiful sunshine. The only hitch was that a storm was coming the next day, so it was very windy. We made the best of it, and had a fun time exploring the beautiful Shelter Cove and its black sand beaches. Austin is an avid skateboarder and I have been dying to do some skateboarding shots, so we finished up with those as the sun was setting.

Briar is my colleague and friend. She’s a gifted photographer & takes the time to make each picture matter…she doesn’t miss a moment. We had so much fun, in spite of the cold windy conditions.
